Meet Dr. Nicholas Forte

Nicholas Forte, DMD

Born and raised in Western Kentucky, Dr. Nicholas Forte has always wanted to be in a profession where he could help people. He learned that helping others achieve their ideal smiles and oral health was something important to him, so he decided to become a dentist.

After graduating from Marshall County High School, Dr. Forte attended Centre College for his undergraduate degree before setting off to study at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry for his dental doctorate. Today, he loves being able to help his patients reach their smile goals while working alongside a great team.

Dr. Forte remains dedicated to pursuing continuing education to expand his skills and expertise in the field. He’s also a proud member of prestigious organizations like the American Dental Association and the Kentucky Dental Association.

Away from the office, Dr. Forte lives with his wonderful wife and their cat. His hobbies include spending time with his wife and loved ones, hiking, golfing, watching sports, and traveling whenever he has the chance. One fun fact about him: he once lived in Germany for 15 months!
