Our Community Involvement
At Danville Dental Associates, we love working with our patients and neighbors in the Danville and Chatham communities. It’s important to our team that we show our commitment to making these communities great places to live and work. That’s why our doctors and team members are dedicated to working with a number of community groups and charitable organizations to provide support, raise awareness, and educate our friends and neighbors on important concerns facing members of our communities. As dental professionals, we are particularly passionate about providing oral health and hygiene education services for our community, especially for young people. We visit local elementary schools, preschool and daycare facilities in the City of Danville and in Pittsylvania County to provide dental education for kids. One of our dentists, Dr. Chris Payne, was instrumental in establishing the annual Give Thanks for Smiles event, which raises funds and awareness for God’s Storehouse, a community food bank. He also started Smiles for Schools where patients are eligible for whitening services when they donate $100 to the public or private school of their choice. Danville Dental Associates also partners with Toys for Tots and the Danville Speech and Hearing Clinic.

Children's Festival
At the Danville Park's and Recreation Children's Festival, we were able to paint stone animals with around 150 children. We had so much fun! Thank you to our great volunteers and thank you to all the parents for bringing those children out!
